Output
I asked Gemini 3 Pro today, about how to count how much content I output in total.
The number is quite unexpected. Here it is:
- content in digital garden: 402,000 words (including Chinese blog)
- content in private diary: 418,000 words
- content in daily journal: 35,000 words
- content in Bearblog: 10,000 words (in English)
I never expected that I could write this much content. I always felt I write not enough according to those essays and articles I have published. But I somehow ignored those diaries. Gemini says "they are the iceberg underneath". (I spelled it as "ice mountain" before)
That makes a lot of sense because if I hadn't practiced journaling, I probably wouldn't have been able to develop the ability to write quickly and rationally.
There is input/output, feedback and loop in the systems theory. And in computer science too. I believe it can adapt in human. Viewing myself (and the life itself) as a system, controlling elements that can be controlled, look at the problem from a bigger picture.
This is my way to live better. I didn't do it very well but I'm working on it.
