I'm Addicted To Coffee
I can't live without coffee. Have at least 3 cups per day. By cup I mean 330ml. This developed since I had the big exam when I was a kid. It is not a good habit.
Every kid in China faces the very big exam when they reach 15, 16 years old. I was bad at examinations, so I relied on something else. I bought a bottle of nestle coffee in a shop, tasted it, felt weird but surprisingly nice. Then one bottle a day until the big exam came.
Then I went to college, hanging out with friends, started to drink beers. It tasted like shit. Found out I like coffee rather than liquors. After graduation, I went to work. I saw people having coffee all day. Out of curiosity, I bought the same kind of coffee they were having. And it tasted really nice.
I had a job. A few jobs years later. Still hang out with friends. We didn't like liquor either, so we went for coffee shop. We found different coffee shops and some of them are really great.
Then McDonald's became a chinese company in China, the breakfast menu completely fits my need. I still have Mac's breakfast until today. A simple breakfast contains a hamburger, a hash brown and a cup of hot coffee. I love that coffee. My best day starts with that coffee.
In 2017, the Luckin Coffee was there. It beats Starbucks deadly and the coffee is much cheaper. Then there were K Coffee, Manner, M Stand etc. There were so many for me to choose. Years later, only a few live. Luckin and M Stand become more expensive, Manner is hard to find. But Cotti, the new dragon slayer, beats the previous dragon slayer Luckin. The coffee tastes good and it's REALLY cheap.
Now I have 3 cups of coffee every day. I don't know if I will die on coffee, but I read some papers that say coffee won't kill me if I control myself.
But the best I can manage is to drink at least 3 cups of coffee every day. Hope I haven't reached the upper limit for coffee intake.
day 33.
