Housework
Since I moved to a new house, I do housework every weekend, because my partner leaves for work. I didn't do housework much before, but after a few weekends of practicing, I happily find it fun and calming.
Housework is essentially a transformation from chaos to order. Everything tends towards entropy, by action we can reverse it. Some people see it as "have to do", I see it as "fighting disorder". Then I could find other things in the process, such as calming my emotions and clearing both the house and my mind.
Housework could be yet another form of meditation. If we change the way we look at it, it becomes less boring and annoying. Peace may be hard to find in the world, but it is easy to find at home.
